Our Signature Blend coffee is a blend of 100% Arabica, high quality beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Colombia. Constructing a blend is not easy for any roaster, so many hours went in to testing, experimenting and tasting, to find a blend to please the masses. By golly…I think we did it.

Each bean in a blend must compliment the other beans in body and flavor. We roast a percentage of these beans to a true medium roast and the rest of the blend is taken to a dark-medium roast. The medium spectrum is where the natural flavors of the bean are fully developed and remain within. The notes in each of the coffees we have chosen compliment each other perfectly for a smooth, easy to drink coffee which we think will make everyone around the breakfast table very happy. And awake.
