We roast this bean to a darker medium roast, which allows the natural flavors to fully develop, yet stay within the bean. That flavor will then be released in your favorite mug.

Processing: These coffee cherries are washed and sun-dried on patios, which when paired with being shade grown in rich, volcanic soil, leads to natural flavors of brown sugar, chocolate and graham cracker.
