You’re looking at a medium roast, gourmet Costa Rican coffee. If that wasn’t enough, we slowly smother these freshly roasted beans with our popular secret recipe of flavored oils, and then stir in fresh pecan pieces from Oliver Pecan Company (located right here in TX). When you grind your coffee to fill your morning cup, those pecan pieces are ground freshly with your beans and become tiny exploding flavor capsules. You may have had “Texas Pecan” coffee before, but our version is a completely different experience.
