Gruene Coffee Haus is a family owned and operated hole-in-the-wall in Historic Gruene, TX. Our family has always enjoyed laughing and catching up over a good cup of coffee, so in 2007, when presented with an opportunity to laugh over a good cup of coffee with all of you, we jumped on it. We like to say we serve an awesome God, amazing people, and a great cup of coffee.

We roast our favorite beans and serve them daily. We proudly keep all of our coffee fresh and only roast it as needed. You can often find us roasting in our little shop, so feel free to watch and enjoy the aromas! It’s truly an experience.

We love our team members and are so proud of who they are as baristas and as the amazing humans they are. When we invite people to join our team, they instantly become part of the family. We welcome questions, we love interacting with our customers and we truly feel blessed by everyone who chooses us to fill their coffee needs. We know you have many choices and it means the world to us for you to get out of your car and allow us to make you something you’ll love. We encourage you to come in, order something that makes you smile with every sip, find a cozy spot, and make a new friend or enjoy the old ones.

Our coffee shop provides a full espresso menu, gourmet drip coffee selections, 24 hour cold brews, many frappe flavors, smoothies, Italian sodas, pastries made from scratch by Mrs. Bush’s Pie Co & Sweet Dreams Bakery (NB), Radish and Dill, and plenty of places to catch up with friends, hold a meeting or spread out and study. We provide something for everyone…even treats for your 4-legged friends.

We also offer craft beer and mimosas, which can be taken to-go while you walk around Gruene! We’ve got you covered from morning to evening.

On our roasting side, we offer beans from many origins by the pound and love working with many other businesses on the wholesale side. If you are looking to start your own coffee business, or looking to upgrade your current coffee selections, we would love to roast for you!
